Implicit Bias is important to recognize and understand. It’s how our minds make sense of the billions of pieces of information being processed everyday. When working with people, often our implicit bias leads us to make decisions and take action before we understand or empathize, resulting in harmful actions,  jeopardizing relationships and destroying trust. Join me for a session that will help you learn to recognize implicit bias in yourself and others, and discuss how to avoid having your actions and decisions guided by it.

Have you ever felt "hangry"? It isn't just a hip term to explain our mood! Nutrition CAN affect our mood. Our brains are constantly running their motors and this requires the right fuel: vitamins, minerals and fatty acids! If we constantly lack the right fuel, this can cause behavioral issues. Come learn how to keep your body nourished and your gut in proper health so that your brain can receive the things that it needs instead of toxins that can cause inflammation.
